Redondo Beach is a wonderful place for night dive.
Tons of bat ray, sting ray, guitar fish, sculpin, cabezon, horn shark, rockfish, halibut, kelp fish, fringehead, tree fish, pipe fish, rock crab, sheep crab, swimming crab, kelp crab, octopus, prawn, shrimp, urchin, and many others I cannot tell.

I called this guy then made an appointment at night. I asked a purchasing manager Sandy whose specialty is bargain and a technical expert Calvin who is good at mechanical test to go with me. On the way we were discussing how to identify problems, and what he might explain, in order to find ways to bargain. – War Gaming

We checked the baby and it is awesome, with smooth transmission, powerful engine, clean exterior & interior, and brand new tires. Then I checked the title and found something strange – the seller just had a title under original owner’s name, and a selling certification indicating that he bought it from the original owner with $12500 (he explained that the price on paper had been diluted for tax reduction) on 8/4, only 5 days earlier! Thy guy said he bought it for his sister and planned to ship it to Israel, but his sister had some family emergency and need money. My purchasing manager cut the price to $14500 and we made appointment to finish transaction the next day. – Early warning

After I arrived home, I searched this guy via Internet based on the information on hand – phone number and address. What I saw is, he sold at least four cars in recent months which still have record online (by Google cache). And I also find he owns a company in Glendale whose business is ‘Whol Autos/Motor Vehicles’. So I guess he is a private dealer and reason why he doesn’t have the title transferred but only report it is an ‘export’ car is to reduce sales tax (9.75%). – Background investigation

To check if my speculate is right, I called a friend who ever bought from such seller and a friend who ever sold car to such seller and get confirmed. – Primary research

Then I researched online and find many people do such business and most of them are Jew. They have a large network to collect cheap car, then sell them with a lower price than market because they can write off the sales tax. – Business modeling

The next day the guy came to Rowland HTS and we had an inspection in Mac’s car factory. I told the seller I already know his business, he nod but still insisted that the car is good and for personal use. Unfortunately, the experienced car engineer told us the car had its bumper, windshield, and right head light replaced and left front door repainted. – Operational analysis with external consultant

So I just can say sorry to the guy and say goodbye to my car. – Business Action
